Return Policy

General Return Policy

You may return or exchange the items you have purhased a week (7 days) after you have received your order. Those items are to be returned in their original packaging and mint condition. We have the rights to determine whether the said items are categorized as “Full Refund” based on our observation by the time the items are received.

When the item’s return happens to be an error from our side, we will immediately reimburse your shipping cost.

Items purchased through COTONNIER.COM, cannot be returned to our main shop branch or other branches in Jakarta.

Please send us an email to cotonnier@cotonnier.com 7 days after the receipt of your order. After the receipt of the said email, an email containing the return address for your order.


Money Reimbursement

We will process your reimbursement after we have received your returned items that are sent to us.

Please understand that we require this amount of time written below in order to process your reimbursement:


5-10 working days to receive your returned items’ shipping

After the receipt of your returned items, we will send an email to you as a notification of the receipt of your items.

If you have not received your reimbursement 4 weeks after returning your items, please contact us at cotonnier@cotonnier.com or call 021 315 0280.

The shipping cost spent on your item’s return on the account of Cotonnier, will immediately be transferred to your bank account. Please provide your bank account number and name of bank to us through email.


Our Reimbursement Process

After you have paid through bank transfer, your money will be reimbursed to your bank account, after your item’s return is processed in 5 working days.


Inexchangable Items

COTONNIER.COM cannot return or exchange items with the listed conditions below:

  1. Worn items
  2. Washed items
  3. Items without their original packagings
  4. Defective items
  5. Items with incomplete components
  6. Custom ordered items, accoording to customer’s orders


Items Exchange

When you need to exchange the items you have purchased, or items sent to you that do not match your order, please send us an email to cotonnier@cotonnier.com 7 days after the receipt of the aforementioned items.

When you need to exchange an item with another, you may send your received item to our address and please inform us through email which new item you are interested in.

We will start processing your item exchange after we have received your returned items. When a price difference occurs between the two items, then it needs to be paid to the relevant party.
